Default Blind hog and an acorn.

Everyone's heard the old saying that "even a blind hog finds an acorn once in a while". Well today that certainly came true. While searching for bass on Pickwick today I was throwing a smoke/glitter grub on a spinning rig. I happened to catch a nice crappie, and then another one, and another. Luckily, I had some crappie tackle with me and before it was over I put 28 nice slabs in the boat. Here's a picture of them spread out on the tailgate of my truck. That's a 20oz. Mtn. Dew bottle in the center for reference. The smallest was a 10 incher but the majority were from 12 to over 14 inches.
