You have plenty of water good crappie waters. the Alabama river near Millbrook holds monster slabs. Lay lake, Logan Martin, Lake Martin, Lake harris. and you can get to weiss, neely henry and west point if ya want a longer drive.

I live just south of B'ham. Guntersville, Logan Martin and Weiss lake are all world class fisheries and the farthest one is about hour and half away from me.

Not to worry, you will be in crappie country. I'm positive that once you are settled your neighbors and coworkers will fill you in on all the spots.

Default MS to AL

I moved from Mississippi about ten years ago. Lived in Southaven MS and thought the fishing was good there. I was wrong... Alabama has some of the best fishing I have ever experienced in my life. I live on Logan and the Crappie fishing is super here and at Neely Henry.

Default Fishing near Sylacauga

You have many good lakes near Sylacauga. Martin, Lay, Alabama River, and Logan Martin are all good and close by.
