Thanks for the replies fellas. I'm worried all this rain and cool front coming tonight may mess things up for the weekend. But I may just go and explore anyways

Please give us a report when you get back. Was planning to come down midweek but this cool weather may change my plans.

I caught a few small ones at Honeycomb. Mostly I was verifying some engine and hull repairs and scouting for future crappie fishing. I didn't leave the driveway till 0800 and the wind ran me off the water at 1100. Tomorrow I'm gonna be more serious about bream and shellcrackers and get a daylight start.

A friend and I went sunday afternoon. Ended up with 25 keepers only 2 were shellcrackers. Largest shellcracker was just under 10 inches. We fished honeycomb (with no success) and finally found a bed in Alreds. The beds in honeycomb were all cleaned off and empty. Im not sure if they are done there or the chilly weather ran them off temporarily?

We caught our fish in 2-3FOW on crickets and red worms. Name: IMG_0251.jpg
