I'll give you my recipe: Go to lowes find the lowest psi 3/4 inch pvc it is 90 cents per 10' stick., 80 lb bags of cement are 3.00 a bag.( you can get 2 condos out of a bag) Fill buckets half way with dirt and insert pvc. Fill bucket the rest of way with cement. Wet with hose , let cure, then sink in the proper place. If it's sunk in the right place you will have fish on them in 30 minutes. For 10 to 12 bucks per condo, you can have something that lasts way after the boo and whatever withers away, you won't get hung on it and it won't tear up props.
