night time is the best time for the eyes....especially in those heavily fished waters down there.....once it starts getting light, they shut off......night fishing with minnow baits is good on up through december......best time below the dam is usually between 11 and 2 in the fall.......in the summer it seems better the first two hours after sunset and the 2 before sunrise..........fish the current edges right on up next to the bank
