I know the feeling Harry...I checked there too...I couldnt afford their monthly rates..And I wasn't thrilled about leaving it in a storage area and having to set it up and take it down every time I wanted to spend the weekend..Lake Talquin Lodge has some very reasonable rates but they have a helluva waiting list to get in there. Thats the only places I know of at Talquin. You may be better off at Seminole or one of the other Lakes in that area for a permanent spot. Several good lakes to fish in that area and Seminole isn't too far to hit Talquin for the day when they are hitting and within reasonable driving distances to other good lakes....Good Luck on your hunt for a spot
