If the things we were told about Iraq before the war were true I would agree they should use their oil money to rebuild. But since the things we were told turned out to be false and misleading, I think we are obligated to rebuild their infrastructure for them since we are the ones who tore it up.....Hey downwind why do you think they wouldn't have the oil $'s with out the USA?....They were certainly an oil rich country before the war we started.
