I saw on the news (CNN) last night where Iraq has tens of BILLONS in the bank from oil profits.
Why are we paying the bill for rebuilding thier roads bridges etc. and not here in our own country? I thought Bush said their oil would pay for the war? I think they can support themselves with that much money in the bank. Whats the intrest rate on a billon dollars?
