I buy little zip lock bags (not the brand zip lock) but the little 3x4 inch bags and put them in by color and size. then place them in a plastic lure box with removable sections. When I go to get a tube I look for the color I want then just pick the size. You can get these zip bags at bass pro or cabelas but if you look around online you can find hundreds for a couple of dollars. Hope that helps some!
