I used to troll for walleye that were stocked in a local reservoir using a "bottom bouncer" and a leader with a nightcrawler harness. There wasn't much of a walleye population, but we did catch nice bluegill and shellcrackers. Yellow and white perch too. Decent summertime method to locate fish when they're deeper. 10-20' in this case.
