Tried Bethel Pit first and didn't really have any luck besides a few tiny bass. No bluegill action at all. I had went the a week prior and caught quite a few right by the boat ramp and cleaned them. Took the boat there yesterday and got a look at the rest of the pit (looking for gills and see if we could get a couple of the rainbows that they stocked in there) and didn't catch anything except right by the boat ramp again... lol Could have saved the gas on hauling it up there. Then we headed to Bass pit and circled the entire pit and didn't catch anything that was of keeper size until we got back and fished the boat ramp again!!! haha I saw several boats at beaver pit so maybe the fishing is better there???
