With only one working boat ramp at Hills you better go really early or after dark. I had to wait 10 minutes in and out yesterday in the middle of the day. Not the brightest bunch of people there. Had two jet ski's pull past everyone and back down to the water and start getting there gear ready while my lab and I waited nicely...
