Wow, it must be really bad there, (sorry to here it) I haven't fished that area in over 20 years, must be a touchy subject. I luv to fish, I have been know to tie a trash back to rails and such, pick up worm pails etc...
trashing private property is a good reason to close fishing access.
Some people have to be shown the empty well to realize how good they had it.
