I like the large the best with my old fingers

Get the largest size....they are still very small. Thats why me and ScottV still use black duo-lock snaps....the fish do not seem to pay any attention to them and they are easier for us geezers to change baits and jigs out.

Just got some of the Mustad KVD FasTach -or I think that is the name--a couple of weeks ago. Black, size 0. So far it is all positives to report. Easy to use, certainly doesn't impede the bite any. Usually tied a loop, but decided to try this, especially on the braid when I start with it. Ordered them thru Wally World. It's the same snap the Arkansas Crappie guy uses, and I think Hook City.

I've been using them for over 20 years and will not tie a jig directly to the line anymore. A little expensive at $12 per 30 at BPS, but you can quick change jigs, and don't have to reset the jig with the old cinche knots. This is a large in this pic and any smaller and I can't see the eye to thread it. I've tried all the other sizes and this works best for me.

Just realized you were asking specifically about Fas Snaps and I threw another wrinkle in the mix. Sorry, but incidentally I do like these better. Seem to be able to get the jig on and off easy with these clumsy stiff fingers.

For over a dozen years now I've been using the Mustad Snap Hooks available from Netcraft. Size #2 fits my 1/16 & 1/8 oz. jig heads perfectly.
