Dang this thread sure took a turn into the wrong direction, and can't seem to get back on the topic of fishing. I'm closing it for that reason.

    Default Eufaula 2017 redo

Let's try this again guys. I have the feeling that anyone who attacks another will be banned from C.C.

That said, if there's anyone that wants to know where NOT to fish, feel free to ask me because I think I can keep your livewells empty on various waters.

I hear of some slip corking and catching at a foot deep as well as seen some slip corking shallow when I'm out. Ive been out fishing 3 times in the last 3 weekends and was catching them 8-12' deep on brush, lay downs and rip rap.

I enjoy missing the fireworks . I fished Eufaula last week with a friend on his boat. the way the wind blew he was able to fish a jig under a cork in 2' of water and was catching males. I was in the back of the boat in 12' - 15' of water and was catching large females on my slab spoon. Lots of boats on the water and every one was polite.

With a new front moving through at least twice a week, the fish are all fouled up. We need a week or two of steady weather (temp and wind) for them to settle in.
