For the 1st hour today I couldn't find a crappie.
1st hole, 1st drop, 1st fish!
1st hole, 2nd drop, 2nd fish!
Not bad at all, get a back to back 9" gills.
Notice the 2 jigs that I was using in above picture.
Now after the 1st hour, no crappies, last move before I had to take off at 10a. I finally get a crappie.
A nice 12"er, and the flasher was all lit up too and I had to leave. WELL, I ended up staying an extra hour to put some crappies on the ice. And ended up gettting this dandy 14"er.
Caught that big boy on a home tied black fly (seen in 2nd gill picture above). I finally had to go at 11am, but not after I got this action shot.
I think I found HudsonRiverRat's hot hole from the day before.
