    Default Custom spincast molds

I recently purchased a spincast machine complete with a vulcanizer which gives me the ability to make custom molds so if you have up to 30 samples of a hard to find jighead i can make a 9 inch mold to fit your needs, any hook size and style.A custom mold usually costs between $125.00-$150.00 you will own the mold and i can pour for you and only use your mold to pour for you or if you own a spincast machine i will be happy to mail the mold to you,any questions feel free to give Jamie a call 573-569-3676.We also have most any crappie(and other) jighead style out there in do-it and hilts molds so ifyou need anyting just holler.

Those look nice. I worked with a digital Continti for awhile. I found the jigs usually came out a little lighter so I made my models bigger. Cut a lot of gates ! Have you made any with the wire keepers yet? I would think the walleye head with eye socket and wire keeper would do well on the market right now.

The second one with wire keeper is what I am talking about. Walleye head. I will take 100 or more in a true 1/8 with EC #1 light wire hook. What I did was take the next size up and make my models so the weights would come out. The molds shrink down 10 to 30%. I have the minnow head mold with wire keeper and I like it a lot. I don't like the teardrop mold I had because it pushes the bait back too far.

Spincast molds only,if you ever find exactly what you want all i need is around 30 samples to make a mold and then i could make as many as you want.If i ever make a mold for someone and they want me to pour for them i will only use their mold for their product.

If you made #2 the walleye head could you pour with and without the wire keeper?? and what would the cost for 100 or more with #4 black chrome sickles cost?

Couple of heads I've heard people ask for are:

A 1/32 or 1/16th chub head with a #12 crane swivel, recessed eyes, no collar and #4 black sickle hook
    A 1/32 or 1/16th football head with #6 or #4 sickle hooks
A 1/32 or 1/16th Ball head #4 or #6 sickle - No collar, Like this one from DO-IT only with bigger round socket
