CRAPPIE MAGAZINE RECIPE
Here's a baked recipe that my husband and I found in crappie magazine that we both enjoy. It is a little healthier than most of the fried fish recipes and taste good!
8 - 10 crappie fillets 1 cup plain yogurt (ice cold) 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup Italian bread crumbs 1 tbs. old bay seasoning 1/2 tsp. Creole seasoning 1/2 tsp. dried basil 1/2 tsp. dried thyme 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/8 tsp. black pepper 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper Pam cooking spray
