Brainerd, Minn. – The new Splash Brite from Thill Premium Floats represents a quantum leap in night-float technology.  This fully functional, perfectly balanced float lights up when it hits the water, preserving battery life that would otherwise be wasted during casting, and its super bright LED bulbs light up the night.  When the battery finally does die, anglers are left with a premium slip float built on the platform of Thill’s Pro Series floats to be used during the day.

Night fishing is often one of the best ways to put big fish in the boat—especially when the summer sun shines brightly all day and keeps light-sensitive fish down deep.  Anglers found long ago that having a lighted float to use at night offers a distinct advantage, but innovation on this front has been slow in coming.

The Splash Brite is equipped with a water-loving electrode that lights up the LED when wet for hours of enjoyment on the water. This sealed float allows anglers over 30 hours of in-the-water performance and when the light dims, the whole float can be replaced for slightly more than replacement batteries for other lighted bobbers.
