Throughout my short time of boating and fishing, I've come across more than a couple of interesting home-grown tips and tricks people use for boating and fishing. So, I though I'd start a thread to pass on a couple of my tips and tricks and hoped others would post some of theirs. So here we go...

1. When pulling up to the boat ramp, give your trailer bearings about 5 minutes to cool. Take a moment to get your boat ready for the water. If you put your boat in the water with hot bearings, it could cause problems. This tip provided by a Smithville Park Ranger that used to sell boats.
